About the Position:

Wynn Al Marjan Island is currently seeking Application Support and Labor Reporting Manager to join the resort’s Workforce Administration team.

The primary duties and responsibilities of this role are:

           Workforce Application Support

  • Provide day-to-day functional support for UKG Pro Workforce Management, Virtual Roster and related workforce applications.
  • Act as a key point of contact for workforce application queries, system issues, user support, and enhancement requests.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve system errors, user access issues, configuration concerns, scheduling issues, timekeeping exceptions, and reporting discrepancies.
  • Support the maintenance of workforce system configuration, including pay rules, work rules, labor levels, access profiles, scheduling rules, leave rules, workflows, and system permissions.
  • Assist with testing and validation of system updates, patches, enhancements, and new functionality before deployment to production.
  • Monitor workforce application performance and escalate technical or integration issues to IT, vendors, or system partners as required
  • Support the effective use of UKG Pro WFM modules, including Timekeeping, Scheduling, Absence Management, Employee Self-Service, Manager Self-Service, Analytics, Data Views, and Reporting.
  • Support the effective use of Virtual Roster for scheduling, leave visibility, roster planning, operational labor deployment, and gaming or integrated resort workforce requirements.
  • Maintain user access, security profiles, and manager visibility in line with approved business structure and operational requirements.
  • Provide guidance and support to managers, schedulers, and end users on workforce application processes and best practices.

      Labor Reporting and Analytics

  • Develop, maintain, and enhance labor reports, dashboards, and data views to support operational decision-making.
  • Produce regular and ad hoc labor reports covering headcount, scheduled hours, actual hours, overtime, leave, absenteeism, labor cost, time and attendance approvals, payroll readiness, roster compliance, and productivity indicators.
  • Analyze workforce data to identify trends, risks, gaps, and opportunities for improved labor efficiency and cost control.
  • Support the Workforce Administration team with accurate labor reporting and analysis.
  • Validate labor data across workforce systems to ensure accuracy, consistency, and completeness.
  • Reconcile scheduled hours, actual hours, leave data, timecard information, and payroll-related workforce outputs.
  • Build and maintain reporting tools that provide visibility of labor performance across departments, job roles, cost centers, and business units.
  • Prepare management reports and presentations that clearly explain labor trends, exceptions, and recommended actions.
  • Support labor forecasting and workforce planning activities through reliable data analysis and reporting.

     

About You:

The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in information systems, Business Administration, Data Analytics, Hospitality Management, or a related field is preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 to 5 years’ experience in workforce systems support, labor reporting, workforce analytics, scheduling systems, time and attendance, payroll support, or HR systems.
  • Hands-on experience with UKG Pro Workforce Management is required.
  • Knowledge of Virtual Roster is required.
  • Experience with UKG Pro WFM modules such as Timekeeping, Scheduling, Absence Management, Analytics, Data Views, Reporting, Employee Self-Service, and Manager Self-Service is highly preferred.
  • Experience in an integrated resort, casino, hotel, hospitality, entertainment, or large-scale 24/7 operational environment is preferred.
  • Experience supporting workforce system integrations with HRIS, payroll, finance, scheduling, or time clock systems is preferred.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills are required, including formulas, pivot tables, data validation, lookups, and reporting analysis.
  • Experience with Power BI, SQL, data visualization, dashboard development, or other reporting tools is an advantage.
  • Strong understanding of labor reporting, scheduling, time and attendance, overtime tracking, leave management, payroll cut-off processes, and workforce compliance.
