Job Description

As an Apprentice Chef, you will learn to:

• Prepare and present quality dishes across breakfast, lunch, dinner, events, buffets, and room service.
• Maintain excellent food safety, hygiene, and kitchen cleanliness standards.
• Assist with food preparation and mise en place to support smooth service.
• Manage stock effectively and help minimise food waste.
• Keep kitchen equipment clean, safe, and service-ready.
• Work collaboratively with the team to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

Qualifications

You will be

• Passionate about cooking and delivering quality food
• Willing to learn, develop new skills, and grow your career within the business
• Flexible to work a rotating roster, including weekends, evenings, and public holidays
• Strongly committed to food safety, hygiene, and kitchen cleanliness
• Good with time management, possessing the ability to perform in a fact-paced environment
• Equipped with a positive attitude, strong teamwork skills, and a focus on creating memorable guest experiences
