Hato Hone St John is seeking an Area Committee Secretary for Horowhenua in Levin to support a voluntary capacity. The role keeps things moving by preparing agendas and minutes, coordinating communications, and helping the committee stay connected to serve hapori. You’ll strengthen relationships and contribute to a more resilient Aotearoa. Candidates are organised, approachable, and ready to roll up their sleeves; governance or admin experience is desirable but not essential, with Microsoft Office skills and the ability to plan ahead, prioritise and meet deadlines, and a mahi tahi mindset. This voluntary role is all about keeping things moving smoothly — preparing agendas and minutes, coordinating communication, and helping the committee stay connected and focused on their mahi to support our local whānau and hapori.
