Weta Workshop seeks an Art Director for six months in Miramar, Wellington, onsite, to shape environments, interactive narratives and experiences blending physical and digital storytelling. You’ll deliver design solutions, set visual direction with concept art and mood boards, and lead teams from concept through final execution. Ideally you have 4+ years in art direction or production design, a strong portfolio showing environment design, and proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, Blender, Cinema 4D, Unreal Engine, Revit or AutoCAD. Mandarin is a bonus but not essential.
