AKQA seeks an Art Director Intern to join its creative team in Amsterdam for six months, five days a week onsite with a hybrid setup. You will contribute to concept development, brand expression, and digital experiences while exploring how AI and tools can elevate art direction. The role requires strong art direction, typography, aesthetics, and proficiency in Figma and the Adobe Creative Suite, plus clear English communication. EU working rights are required. As an Art Director Intern at AKQA, you will play an essential role in the strategy, conception and visual execution of beautiful ideas, products and services. You will bring exceptional creative thought and craft output, developing and delivering from brief to end user. You’ll also explore how emerging technologies, including AI, can enhance art direction and creative workflows.
Located on the Herengracht canal in central Amsterdam, you will have access to our diverse network of specialists by collaborating across all our European studios.
