Four assessors are sought by AsureQuality for a fixed-term outdoor role in Lincoln, roughly three months from 9 November 2026 to the end of January 2027, covering plant health surveys on specific vegetable crops. You will visit farms, conduct disease surveys, collect samples for export phytosanitary testing, and report results while communicating with farmers, either solo or in pairs, under supervision until you’re independent. Essential are on-farm or horticulture experience, at least two agriculture papers, a full driver's licence, strong attention to detail, and solid communication under pressure. Expect 40 hours a week with weather-driven fluctuations, training on the job, and a tool of trade vehicle.
