Hato Hone St John is seeking an Assistant Divisional Manager for Kawakawa Youth, reporting to the Divisional Youth Manager. You’ll help lead Youth Leaders, coordinate resources, assist with admin and newsletters, and drive activities that build confidence and leadership while ensuring safety and policy alignment. The role requires exceptional verbal and written communication, strong planning and time management, comfort with diverse youth, a practical problem solving mindset, and basic computer skills; commit at least two hours per week plus occasional overnight camps.
