Assistant Divisional Youth Manager Waterview at Hato Hone St John is a full time onsite leadership role in Auckland that supports Youth Leaders and members, helps deliver a high quality, safe and fun program, and aligns with the Regional Business Plan while identifying potential in individuals. You’ll manage resources, assist with administration, newsletters and consent forms, promote attendance at courses and training, and encourage cross division involvement and youth succession planning. Key requirements include exceptional verbal and written communication, strong organizational skills, comfort working with diverse youth, and a proactive, outside the box mindset; computer access and at least two hours per week plus occasional overnight camps are needed.
