The role requires 2+ years in hotel Front Office, a Diploma or degree in Hospitality or Business, a NZ driver’s license, strong leadership and communication skills, plus Opera PMS and MS Office knowledge. You’ll manage rostering, forecasting and cost control, uphold brand standards and safety, and support media procedures. NZ working rights are essential; sponsorship is not offered.
