Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organisation

 

This role is responsible for maximising the Sales, profitability of the European Direct to Consumer Organisation by supporting commercial strategies for the defined business unit. Work closely with the Manager A&R to ensure that A&R reflects the best commercial stock decision in our concept stores.

 

Key Responsibilities

 

  • Support the execution of the initial allocation by working closely with Business Development and Merchandisers.
  • Support managing the replenishment and forecasting to reduce out of stock in store
  • Responsible to ensure that option in store reflects the pre-season planned options and in season changes based on latest trends
  • Identify and act on business opportunities based on sell-through result and commercial calendar.
  • Review product performance on store level and provide insights to the team on findings & recommendations
  • Manage week’s cover and availability to maximize product efficiency. 
  • Track product launch by store and review results reviewing for risks and opportunities.
  • Support the execution of the EOSS/MSS strategy in regards to stock and returns
  • Support the improvement of all merchandising systems and tools.
  • Build up key relationships with clusters

Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications

 

  • University degree and/or commercial training in the area of Finance, Accounting, Economics, Marketing or Sales are preferred
  • Merchandising experience: 2+ years
  • Experience in store operations, Finance, Supply Chain or Logistics
