Assistant Nurse - Homecare on-site full-time in Abu Dhabi will support the Registered Nurse in planning, implementing and evaluating patient care, with a must-have understanding of DOH Severe Care Domains and a commitment to evidence-based practice and patient advocacy. The role requires monitoring patient status, maintaining ongoing RN communication, assisting with procedures, educating families and remaining flexible under pressure. Essential qualifications include a recognized nursing degree, current registration and DOH licensing eligibility, ACLS and PALS if needed, plus 1 year of clinical experience and at least 6 months with ventilated patients (adult or pediatric). 8. QUALIFICATION, EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
ESSENTIAL
PREFERRED
Education
Graduate from a recognized nursing school (minimum 2 yrs)
ACLS (for adult patients)
PALS (for pediatric patients)
Experience
1 years minimum clinical experience plus 6 months recent experience with ventilated patients (i.e. extra 6 months adult ventilated patients for adult AN’s and extra 6 months pediatric ventilated patients for pediatric AN’s)
Long term care or rehabilitation experience
Certification and Licensure
Current valid registration in country of training and/or country of last employment
Eligible for DOH licensing
