MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB

Provide and coordinate patient-centric and evidence based nursing care, under the supervision of a Registered Nurse, by ensuring compliance to ethical and professional standards set by regulatory authorities and the company

KEY RESPONSIBILITY AREAS

  1. Deliver quality patient care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse in collaboration with the multi professional team according to set clinical standards and relevant legislation
  2. Ensure patient safety by identifying, preventing and managing risks in accordance with appropriate MCME risk policies, procedures and relevant legislation
  3. Take active responsibility for positive patient experiences by creating a conducive environment as guided by nursing leadership
  4. Contribute to a learning environment that builds employee competence

REQUIRED EDUCATION

Essential: Nursing Diploma with a course duration of at least 18 months

valid BLS certificate

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE

Essential: At least two year's in own country

Desired: UAE experience would be beneficial
