Raising Cane’s Chicken Fingers in London is seeking an Assistant Restaurant Leader to support the Restaurant Leader in daily operations, uphold our standards and One Love culture, and deliver fast service. You will hire and terminate hourly crewmembers, own onboarding and payroll, create work and training schedules, coach performance, act as manager on duty, open and close, and oversee cash handling and compliance. The role requires 3+ years of restaurant or retail management, strong communication and multitasking, and comfort with Microsoft Office and new systems. Expect varied shifts including days, evenings and weekends and some travel for training; GCSEs or equivalent, UK driving license; visa sponsorship not available; Right to Work in the UK.

Your Role at Raising Cane’s:
The Assistant Restaurant Leader is responsible for supporting the Restaurant Leader in day-to-day operations of the restaurant and upholding Raising Cane’s standards and culture in all areas of restaurant operations.
The physical work environment includes working in a fast-paced kitchen environment (which requires extended periods of physical exertion, such as walking, standing, lifting and bending) and interacting with customers. It also includes both inside and outside work in varied temperatures, working with and around food products, common allergens, industrial equipment, commercial cleaning products that require the use of personal protective equipment and physical activities necessary to complete the responsibilities of the job.
