Spirit Halloween is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in staffing, setup, merchandising and teardown of a seasonal Spirit Halloween store in Belleville. This full-time onsite role pays $19.60 to $19.85 per hour, depending on qualifications, with set-up and tear-down premium pay programs and an end of season premium program, all subject to qualifications. The ideal candidate has prior retail management experience, is at least 18 years old, and maintains a flexible schedule. You will drive sales and profitability through guest services, staff development, controlling expenses and shrinkage, and managing merchandising and inventory. Physical demands include 8+ hours standing, climbing ladders, and lifting up to 50 pounds; highlight leadership, adaptability and a proven ability to manage a seasonal operation when applying.

Hourly rate ranges from $19.60 - $19.85 per hour and is dependent upon qualifications and experience.

The Assistant Store Manager supports the Store Manager in the staffing, setup, merchandising, pack-up and teardown of a Seasonal Store. The Assistant Manager is responsible for supporting the Store Manager in the various tasks involved in the overall operation of a store ensuring maximum sales/profitability by establishing and maintaining Guest Services, developing staff, controlling expenses, shrinkage and all aspects of merchandising and inventory control. The minimum age requirement is 18 and must have a flexible schedule. The physical demands of the job require 8+ hours of standing and walking, climbing ladders, setting up fixtures and lifting/moving up to 50 pounds. Prior retail management experience is required.
