Spencer Gifts Spirit Halloween is seeking a returning Store Manager to lead a seasonal Spirit Halloween store in Belleville. The role pays $22.60 to $22.85 hourly, with Year End Bonus, Tear Down Premium Pay, and Retention Pay programs, all subject to qualifications. The ideal candidate has prior Spencer’s or Spirit Halloween store management experience, a minimum age of 21, and a flexible schedule, and is comfortable with 8+ hours of standing, climbing ladders, and lifting up to 50 pounds. You will own the total operation, guest services, expenses, shrink, merchandising, inventory, staffing, setup and teardown. The Store Manager oversees and is accountable for the total operation of a store ensuring maximum sales and profitability by establishing and maintaining Guest Services and, controlling expenses. The Store Manager is responsible for shrink, merchandising, inventory control, staffing, setup, pack-up and teardown of a seasonal store. The minimum age requirement is 21 and must have a flexible schedule. The physical demands of the job require 8+ hours of standing/walking, climbing ladders, setting up fixtures and lifting/moving up to 50 pounds. Prior retail management experience is required.
