As an Assistant Store Manager, you play a key role in supporting the Store Manager to help your store reach its full sales potential, operate smoothly, and create a positive, engaging work environment. In this role, you'll lead from the front—driving store performance, maintaining high visual merchandising standards, and ensuring every customer receives exceptional service. Your ability to stay calm under pressure, solve problems quickly, and hold yourself and others accountable will set you up for success.

To thrive here, you should ideally have:

• Retail management or leadership experience, leading by example and delivering exceptional customer service
• Strong experience coaching and developing team members—supporting their growth, building capability, and guiding them through their development journeys
• A willingness to learn all aspects of automotive retail—you bring the Super, we’ll deliver the Auto
• Operational know‑how in visual merchandising, stock control, loss prevention, and performance reporting
• A commitment to safety, ensuring compliance with WHS programs and maintaining a safe work environment
