The role puts you at the primary client interface, responsible for cost plans, procurement, tendering, post-contract reporting and forecast accuracy while guiding junior staff and shaping business development. To stand out, align your 6 to 11 years in cost management with real estate development experience and show MRICS, AIQS or progress toward these qualifications. Highlight leadership in multi-stakeholder environments, lifecycle knowledge from feasibility to post-completion, and a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget. Emphasize client relationships, collaboration, and a proactive approach to process improvements and market opportunities.
