This is a rare opportunity to help shape a significant large scale public infrastructure project. We’re looking for an experienced architectural leader to join our Brisbane studio, someone who thrives on bringing people together to navigate the complexities of a landmark project.

As a Senior Associate, you'll be the projectl point of connection, guiding a large, multidisciplinary team with a calm and collaborative hand. Your role is to foster a strong design culture, ensure the vision holds true from concept to construction, and build trusted partnerships with our clients. What You'll Achieve:

• Guide and inspire a large multidisciplinary team, fostering a culture of design excellence and open collaboration.
• Shepherd a high-profile, complex project from design through to construction, ensuring the best possible outcome for the community it will serve.
• Become a trusted partner to our clients, building strong relationships based on clear communication and a shared commitment to quality.
• Confidently navigate the complexities of ECI and Design & Construct delivery, always championing the integrity of the design.
• Mentor emerging leaders within the team, taking pride in their growth and the collective success of the project.

Qualifications

Who We're Looking For:

• A registered architect (Senior Associate level) with significant experience leading large-scale, complex projects, ideally in the health sector.
• Significant experience in Project Leadership on complex architecture projects
• A natural leader with a proven ability to mentor and manage diverse design teams (20+ people) in a supportive way.
• An excellent communicator who enjoys bringing people together and building strong, collaborative relationships.
• An expert in design management and coordination processes, with a deep understanding of all project stages.
• Someone with a working knowledge of Revit and modern, collaborative digital workflows.
