KordaMentha is hiring an Associate Director for its Sydney based Performance Improvement team, full-time and onsite. You will partner with clients on diverse engagements from strategic reviews to hands-on operational and financial improvements, working closely with Partners and senior leaders. The ideal candidate has 6–8 years in professional services, strong financial and operational skills, robust analysis and modelling, excellent stakeholder influence, and a curious, commercially minded mindset. Willingness to travel interstate is required.
