Jamestown US-Immobilien GmbH is looking for an Associate in Investor Relations to join its London team. This full-time, onsite role is ideal for someone who likes coordinating across internal groups to refresh investor materials, craft compelling presentations, and support capital-raising efforts. The company brings a broad range of investment products to market, and this position sits at the heart of how they connect with investors. If you enjoy translating complex real estate and finance concepts into clear client-facing content, this role could be a great fit.

As an Associate in Investor Relations, you’ll help keep the IR engine running smoothly. You’ll collaborate with in-house teams to update materials and generate new content for investor deliverables and reporting packages, and you’ll plan both virtual and on-site investor meetings and asset tours. You’ll prep responses to due diligence questionnaires and requests for proposals, and you’ll support capital-raising activities across Jamestown’s entire suite of investment products. Maintaining accurate databases and tracking logs, providing timely investor service, and polishing documents through proofreading are also part of the everyday workflow. You’ll work with the broader Investor Relations team to stay aligned and build solid relationships with key internal stakeholders, while keeping CRM data current and reliable.

Day-to-day you’ll own the investor relations workflow

Expect to be deeply involved in producing investor materials and coordinating the logistics of meetings and tours, all while ensuring accuracy and consistency across deliverables. The role calls for steady collaboration with multiple internal teams to keep content fresh and compliant, plus a constant eye for detail when updating databases and responding to investor requests. You’ll also help identify ways to improve processes and implement best practices, which means your suggestions for smarter workflows could have a real impact on the team’s efficiency and effectiveness.

What you’ll need to bring to the table

  • A degree in real estate, finance, business, or a related field
  • Four to six years of relevant experience, ideally in fund management, investor relations, or capital raising
  • Excellent written and spoken English; German language skills are a plus
  • Strong communication, interpersonal and listening skills, coupled with a high level of self-motivation, accountability and teamwork
  • Outstanding organisational abilities, meticulous attention to detail and accuracy, and the capacity to prioritise to meet tight deadlines
  • The ability to break down complex concepts and explain them clearly, along with a knack for managing multiple priorities simultaneously
  • A calm, professional demeanour under pressure and a practical, methodical approach to problem solving
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
  • Willingness to travel if/as needed
  • Knowledge of MS Excel and Word; experience with Foxit PDF or Adobe Acrobat PDFs; familiarity with AI tools; and experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce or Juniper Square

Nice-to-have extras

  • German language skills are a plus

What you’ll gain and how you’ll fit the hours

Jamestown supports its people with comprehensive benefits, including private health insurance, life and income protection insurance, and employer pension contributions. You’ll also have access to a ClassPass membership to stay active outside the office, plus an Employee Assistance Program that offers confidential support from health professionals for life’s ups and downs. The role provides one day of home office per week and flexible working hours to help you balance work and life in a London-based onsite setting.

Advice for applicants

Lead with your investor-relations experience on your CV. Emphasise the times you produced investor presentations, responded to due diligence questionnaires, and supported capital-raising efforts across multiple products, making sure you note outcomes or impact wherever possible.

Show, don’t tell, that you can prove the must-have skills. Include concrete examples of strong communication in English, how you manage competing priorities, and how you maintain accurate databases and CRM records while delivering timely service to investors.

Prepare to talk through how you’ve structured and improved processes in prior roles. Be ready with a concrete example of a workflow you helped redesign, the steps you took, and the measurable result in terms of efficiency or accuracy.

And when you’re asked for questions, ask something practical about Jamestown’s investor-relations framework, like how the team uses the CRM to track engagement across the investment lifecycle and how investor meetings are typically coordinated across virtual and on-site formats. A thoughtful question shows you’re already thinking about how you’d fit in and contribute from day one.
