£75,000 - £95,000 GBP yearly

Kharon, a London-based company that combines global security data with practical tools, is hiring a full-time EMEA Marketing Manager to own regional strategy and execution. The role sits in the Marketing & Content department and is based in London, with in-office attendance required at least three days per week. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys shaping regional programs while getting hands-on with events, campaigns, and cross-functional collaboration.

In this role you’ll steer the EMEA marketing plan with a spotlight on the UK and EU markets, ensuring it aligns with global priorities and commercial goals. You’ll work closely with the London-based Head of Global Demand Generation to make sure regional activities amplify global programs, while tailoring value propositions and content with input from product and demand generation teams. It’s a blend of strategic ownership and practical execution, designed for someone who can operate independently and still partner effectively with sales, product, and marketing peers.

The job is designed for someone who enjoys both planning and doing, and who is ready to contribute from day one. If you’re drawn to building regional programs, coordinating events and webinars, and influencing cross-functional teams to hit ambitious pipelines, you’ll likely feel at home in this role.

Charting the EMEA marketing map

On a day-to-day basis, you’ll shape the regional marketing rhythm by translating global campaigns into local messages that resonate in the UK and EU. You’ll own hands-on event orchestration, from planning rounds and sponsored conferences to partner activations and webinars, all aimed at driving demand and supporting the sales team. Your work will weave together regional narratives with the broader demand-gen framework, ensuring consistency with brand positioning while reflecting local market realities.

Beyond events, you’ll refine regional storytelling and value props in collaboration with global teams, manage a budget with discipline, and use data to optimise channel mix and ROI. Building and maintaining relationships with regional partners, industry bodies, and influencers will extend Kharon’s reach and credibility. You’ll balance immediate execution needs with longer-term capability building as the region matures, and you’ll provide light enablement to the APAC team as needed while aligning with sales leadership on priority accounts and account-based initiatives.

What you’ll need to bring

Here's what matters most for this role, with the items reworded from the original qualifications.

  • More than five years spent in field and event marketing, with a track record of generating demand, building pipeline, and raising brand awareness.
  • A background in B2B tech, SaaS, data, intelligence, or risk-related sectors is strongly preferred.
  • A solid grasp of UK and EU markets; knowledge of the broader EMEA region is a bonus.
  • Ability to work independently, handle ambiguity, and deliver results without heavy supervision.
  • Comfort performing as both a strategic owner and a hands-on executor, especially in lean or scaling environments.
  • Proven skill at prioritising and driving multiple initiatives at once.
  • Experience managing marketing budgets and allocating resources with discipline and accountability.
  • Strong analytical abilities, with a track record of measuring performance, assessing ROI, and turning insights into action.
  • Excellent cross-functional collaboration, with the ability to influence stakeholders even without formal authority.
  • Clear written and verbal communication, capable of translating complex concepts into compelling regional narratives.
  • Fluency in one or more European languages is a major plus, but not required.

Compensation and tangible details

The role pays £75,000 to £95,000 per year and is based in London with onsite work. Kharon requires you to be in the office at least three days a week. The deadline for applications is 30 November 2026. The company offers fully sponsored private health insurance, a pension plan with 3% employer contribution, and annual leave plus bank holidays. You must have the right to work in the UK, and the company cannot sponsor visas for this role.

Tips to help you stand out for this role

Lead your resume with a summary of your field and event marketing track record, especially where you’ve driven demand and pipeline in B2B tech or SaaS and where you’ve tailored initiatives for UK/EU markets.

When you describe your experience, highlight concrete examples of regional campaigns you’ve owned, how you partnered with sales and product teams, and how you managed budgets and measured ROI. Include metrics that show impact and tie results to regional priorities.

Come prepared to talk through lean or scaling environments where you had to balance strategy with hands-on execution, including how you prioritised competing initiatives and kept programs aligned with global goals.

Ask a targeted question about how the hub-and-spoke model operates in practice, how the EMEA role interacts with the APAC team, and what success looks like for regional marketing in the first year.
