Epworth Freemasons is seeking an Associate Nurse Unit Manager for an 8-bed ICU in East Melbourne on a part-time onsite basis, supporting the Nurse Unit Manager across ICU, HDU and telemetry. You will lead daily operations, manage patient flow, reinforce safe, evidence-based, person-centred care, and develop your leadership through internal programs. Key requirements include relevant ICU experience, current unrestricted AHPRA registration, postgraduate Critical Care qualifications, and strong leadership and communication skills with a commitment to quality and safety. The annual salary range for this ANUM role is AUD 115,678 to 119,579 plus super and entitlements, prorated for part-time, with benefits such as the largest educational scholarship program in Australia and relocation support. Epworth Freemasons offers an exciting part-time opportunity for an Associate Nurse Unit Manager (ANUM) in our 8-bed Intensive Care Unit based in East Melbourne. In this dynamic role, you will work closely with the Nurse Unit Manager to support the day-to-day operations and clinical leadership of our combined Intensive Care Unit (ICU), High Dependency Unit (HDU), and telemetry unit.
