Epworth Freemasons is seeking a part-time Ward Clerk on a fast paced general surgical ward, based East Melbourne. The role provides admin support, admissions and discharges, patient and visitor greeting, phone management, and coordination with clinical teams and external stakeholders. Hours are Wed, Thu, Fri, either 7am to 3pm or 8am to 4pm, with short notice availability. Key success factors: outstanding customer service, strong organisation and attention to detail, effective communication, confidentiality, and adaptability in a busy ward. Ideal candidates bring prior medical administration experience, familiarity with hospital IT systems and medical terminology, and a flexible approach to shifts.
