Staffbase is seeking an entry to mid level Associate Partner Manager for the Venture Market EMEA based in London. You will help execute partner strategy, recruit and onboard partners, and serve as the main point of contact for referral, reseller and consultancy partners while collaborating with regional sales and Marketing to activate pipeline and enable co selling, and you will track performance toward pipeline and ARR targets. The ideal candidate has 1 to 2 years in business development, junior partnerships or B2B SaaS, a proactive self starter mindset, superb English communication, and experience with enterprise customers. CRM experience (Salesforce preferred) and a genuine interest in HR tech or internal comms are pluses, with about 25 percent travel. About the role
As our new Junior Partner Manager for the Venture Market EMEA region, you’ll join the regional sales organization at Staffbase - a fast-growing leader in employee communications software. You’ll work alongside experienced go-to-market professionals to support and drive growth through a strong ecosystem of referral partners and digital consultancies across the venture market EMEA region.
This is an entry-to-mid-level role designed for growth. You’ll report to the Head of Partnerships and collaborate closely with our regional sales teams, while learning to build trusted relationships with our partners. Your mission? Support the growth of pipeline and ARR by helping to activate, enable, and co-sell with our valuable partners.
