Maurice Blackburn is seeking an Associate in Work Injuries based in South East Melbourne to manage a varied portfolio from inception to resolution, provide empathetic legal advice, draft documents, develop strategies, and mentor junior team members. You must be admitted to practice in Victoria with a current practising certificate and have experience in Work Injuries or related plaintiff work, plus strong knowledge of relevant legislation, excellent client relationship and communication skills, and solid organisational, analytical and negotiation abilities. The Opportunity
This is an excellent opportunity for a lawyer looking to further develop their plaintiff practice career within a highly regarded Work Injuries team. You will manage your own matters with increasing autonomy while working alongside experienced practitioners who are passionate about achieving justice for clients.
