Job Description
We're seeking a passionate and experienced Bar Supervisor to join our exceptional team at Mr Mills, a refined, service-driven bar known for delivering memorable beverage and dining experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and inspire the bar team to deliver flawless, high-level service
Lead and maintain a strong floor presence
Bring creative thinking and a solutions driven approach to operations
Managing and coordinating events in the venue
Maintain excellent product knowledge across cocktails, wine, beer, and premium spirits
Qualifications
What we’re looking for
Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role, at a premium venue
Strong knowledge of spirits, wine, cocktails, and bar techniques.
Confident and engaging interpersonal skills with a guest-focused approach
Experience in running events is a bonus
Current Victorian RSA Certificate
Availability to work evenings, weekends and public holidays
