You’ll be at the heart of their onsite café, serving staff, clients and guests and helping create a welcoming, premium experience every morning. This role is perfect if you’re looking for consistent weekday hours, 7:00am–11:00am, Monday to Friday – with your afternoons free – while working in a professional, supportive environment where quality really matters.
Day to day you will:
- Run the morning coffee service in the staff café, ensuring a smooth, efficient operation during the busy 7:00am–11:00am window.
- Craft consistently excellent coffees and other beverages to a high standard, tailored to individual preferences.
- Prepare and deliver coffee orders to meeting rooms, making sure drinks arrive on time and are beautifully presented.
- Clear and collect dishes and cups throughout the morning to keep meeting rooms and café areas tidy and professional.
- Support ordering and stock management alongside the Barista–Catering Coordinator – helping to maintain the right levels of coffee, crockery, plates and soft drinks, and assisting with stocktakes when needed.
- Maintain a spotless, safe café environment, following food safety regulations and relevant legislation at all times.
- Provide friendly, professional service to internal staff, external clients and suppliers, building strong working relationships and positively representing the firm each day.
- Pitch in with other café and catering tasks as required, supporting the smooth operation of the wider office operations team.
About you:
- Have barista experience and a passion for consistently high-quality coffee.
- Enjoy fast-paced service and can stay calm, organised and friendly during busy periods. [
- Bring a customer-first mindset, with a warm, approachable manner and excellent communication skills.
- Have strong attention to detail, from presentation of drinks to cleanliness of the café and meeting spaces.
- Are comfortable following food safety and hygiene standards and doing things “the right way” every time.
- Are reliable, punctual and happy to work 7:00am–11:00am, Monday to Friday (approx. 20 hours per week).Enjoy being part of a team and are willing to roll up your sleeves and help out where needed.
