Novotel & Ibis Auckland Ellerslie is seeking a full-time bartender onsite in Auckland. Job Description

• Craft and serve a wide range of innovative beverages while showcasing strong product knowledge and passion for the craft.
• Deliver memorable guest experiences through attentive service, engagement, and exceptional hospitality.
• Maintain cleanliness, care for equipment, ensure outlet security, and consistently follow Responsible Service of Alcohol practices.
• Continuously develop and refine your knowledge of our products to offer informed recommendations and enhance the guest experience.

Qualifications

• Apply hospitality training and experience from star-rated hotels or fast-paced restaurants to deliver professional, efficient service.
• Maintain high standards of beverage presentation, prompt service, and strict adherence to food safety and compliance requirements.
• Contribute a positive attitude and commitment to delivering a consistently exceptional 5‑star guest experience.
• Experience is preferred but not essential. Ideally, you will have bartending, bar service, or mixology experience, supported by strong customer service skills.
