Job Description

Guest Assistance: Help guests with luggage during check-in and check-out.

• Escort: Accompany guests to their rooms, explain room features and amenities.

• Delivery: Handle guest requests for deliveries, messages, or special items.

• Lobby Presence: Maintain an attentive presence in the lobby to assist guests.

• Valet Support: Provide support to valet services as needed.

Qualifications

Sustainability: Commit to and maintain sustainable practices by enhancing resource efficiency, minimizing waste, and promoting eco-friendly, social, and ethical initiatives. Skills:
