TRM Labs is seeking a Benefits Consultant to lead its first self-funded health plan in the United Kingdom, full-time and onsite, with ownership from strategy and vendor selection through rollout, plus ensuring employee understanding, adoption, compliance, and ongoing optimization. You’ll design self-funded plan architecture, manage stop-loss and TPAs, and build scalable HR operations with a systems mindset, collaborating closely with Finance Legal and People.
