This is a unique opportunity to design and own the future of benefits at a fast-scaling, mission-driven company. You’ll lead the entire process — from strategy to vendor selection to rollout — ensuring it’s seamless for employees and delivers meaningful business value. You'll operate with a high degree of autonomy and collaborate cross-functionally to build a scalable, modern benefits infrastructure.

The impact you will have:

• Lead the strategy, vendor evaluation, and implementation of TRM’s first-ever self-funded health insurance plan
• Design a seamless transition that supports employee understanding, adoption, and trust
• Own the administration, compliance, and continuous optimization of all health and wellness programs
• Introduce automation and process improvements across HR Operations to improve data accuracy and speed
• Partner cross-functionally with leadership to ensure benefits align with broader business priorities

What we’re looking for:

• Experience leading a company through the transition from fully insured to self-funded health insurance
• A strong grasp of plan design, stop-loss insurance, TPA management, and regulatory compliance
• Operational excellence and ability to drive complex initiatives independently
• A systems mindset — comfortable building and automating for scale
• Confidence collaborating with executive leaders across Finance, Legal, and People
