We are hiring Bilingual Customer Service Representatives for the seasonal period from April 2026 to September 2026 at our Cookstown, Ontario dealership. Both full-time and part-time seasonal positions are available.

Who You Are

  • Fluent in German, or Dutch

  • Passionate about delivering excellent customer service and helping customers begin their vacation journey with confidence

  • Enjoy working with an international clientele and being part of meaningful travel experiences

What You’ll Do

  • Welcome customers with a friendly, professional, and positive attitude

  • Support customers throughout their RV rental experience, from pick-up to return

  • Walk customers through paperwork clearly and efficiently

  • Demonstrate RV features (truck campers and motorhomes), ensuring customers feel comfortable before heading out

  • Check in returning RVs and help resolve customer concerns in a timely and professional manner

  • Assist other departments as needed to support a smooth and seamless operation

What You Bring

  • Fluency in English plus German, or Dutch

  • Strong communication and customer service skills

  • Reliability, punctuality, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment

  • A positive, energetic personality and a genuine interest in helping others

  • Availability to work weekends and collaborate as part of a team
