On cherche quelqu'un d'analytique, rigoureux.se et orienté.e détail, qui s’épanouit dans un environnement structuré où le contrôle et la précision sont clés. Il ne s’agit pas d’un rôle traditionnel en comptes recevables - il s’agit de sécuriser le cycle de revenus en amont, avant même l’émission des factures. Responsabilités / Responsabilities

• Review and validate invoices prior to release according to internal and client rules (client info, talents involved, amounts, currency, references).
• Ensure agents comply with contractual, operational, and documentation requirements.
• Block and return non-compliant invoices with clear correction guidance and escalate complex or ambiguous cases appropriately.
• Identify recurring errors and systemic gaps.
• Document trends and contribute to stronger upstream controls.
• Support continuous improvement of billing validation rules.
• Act as the operational point of contact between agents and finance and communicate requirements clearly and diplomatically.
• Reduce avoidable back-and-forth and prevent payment delays.
• Operate confidently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• FR: Réviser et valider les factures avant leur émission conformément aux règles internes et aux exigences des clients (informations client, talents concernés, montants, devise, références obligatoires).
• S’assurer que les agents respectent les exigences contractuelles, opérationnelles et documentaires.
• Bloquer et retourner les factures non conformes avec des indications de correction claires, et escalader les cas complexes ou ambigus de manière appropriée.
• Identifier les erreurs récurrentes et les lacunes systémiques dans les processus.
• Documenter les tendances observées et contribuer au renforcement des contrôles en amont.
• Participer à l’amélioration continue des règles et processus de validation de facturation.
• Agir comme point de contact opérationnel entre les agents et l’équipe finance, en communiquant les exigences avec clarté et diplomatie.
• Réduire les allers-retours évitables et prévenir les retards de paiement.
• Évoluer avec assurance dans un environnement rapide et dynamique.

Profil Idéal / Ideal Profile

• 2–4 years in billing, financial operations, or financial administration.
• Experience in high-volume, multi-stakeholder environments is an asset.
• Strong attention to detail and consistency.
• Comfortable navigating imperfect or complex environments.
• Excellent judgment and appropriate escalation instincts.
• Clear, professional communication with demanding stakeholders.
• Structured, organized, and solution-oriented mindset.
• Comfortable with ERP systems and Excel.
• NetSuite experience is a strong asset.
• FR: 2 à 4 ans d’expérience en facturation, opérations financières ou administration.
• Expérience en environnement à haut volume et multi-intervenants (atout).
• Excellent souci du détail.
• Capacité à structurer et prioriser dans un environnement imparfait.
• Bon jugement et capacité d’escalade.
• Communication claire et professionnelle.
• Esprit analytique et orienté solution.
• À l’aise avec les ERP et Excel.
• Expérience NetSuite (atout).
