IPAR MedHealth is seeking a Branch Manager for our Liverpool NSW site to lead a multidisciplinary rehabilitation team and drive exceptional return-to-work outcomes while expanding business and nurturing an inclusive, collaborative culture. You will coach and develop staff, implement innovative operational improvements, own recruitment and onboarding, participate in key accounts, and oversee monthly supervision to sustain high customer satisfaction and SLAs. The ideal candidate holds tertiary allied health qualifications in Physiotherapy, OT, Exercise Physiology, Rehabilitation Counselling or Psychology, registration with AHPRA ASORC or ESSA, and proven Branch Manager or Team Leader experience, plus NSW Driver’s Licence, insured vehicle, National Police Check and WWCC.
