IPAR MedHealth is seeking a Branch Manager for our Liverpool NSW site to lead a multidisciplinary rehabilitation team and drive exceptional return-to-work outcomes while expanding business and nurturing an inclusive, collaborative culture. You will coach and develop staff, implement innovative operational improvements, own recruitment and onboarding, participate in key accounts, and oversee monthly supervision to sustain high customer satisfaction and SLAs. The ideal candidate holds tertiary allied health qualifications in Physiotherapy, OT, Exercise Physiology, Rehabilitation Counselling or Psychology, registration with AHPRA ASORC or ESSA, and proven Branch Manager or Team Leader experience, plus NSW Driver’s Licence, insured vehicle, National Police Check and WWCC. Job Description

This is a fantastic opportunity to consolidate your leadership, rehabilitation and clinical skills, driving continuing success in our Liverpool NSW branch.

Leading by example, you will support your team by motivating and coaching to deliver exceptional return to work outcomes. You will continue to develop your multidisciplinary team and provide encouragement in an inclusive and collaborative space.

Make an impact your way by: 

• Lead a team of rehabilitation consultants to deliver consistent high quality customer service evidenced through customer satisfaction, repeat referrals and achievement of SLAs;
• Identify and implement innovative operational improvements;
• Develop business and facilitate growth opportunities;
• Recruitment, induction and training of new team members;
• Participate in key account meetings and leadership forums;
• Undertake monthly supervision with direct reports;
• Drive an engaging workplace culture.

Qualifications

The successful candidate will have:

• Tertiary allied health qualifications in Physiotherapy, Occupational Therapy, Exercise Physiology, Rehabilitation Counselling, or Psychology;
• Registration with either AHPRA, ASORC or ESSA;
• Experience in a similar role (Branch Manager or Team Leader).
• National Police Check
• Working With Children Check
• A current NSW Driver’s Licence and access to a comprehensively insured vehicle
