As a Brand Activation Marketeer at Rituals, you will help drive traffic and excitement to our Rituals stores worldwide. Your main focus is to support the roll-out of Store Openings and Local Activation moments, bringing the Rituals experience to life for new and existing customers across all regions. Each year, we open around 250+ new stores, and you are one of the key marketing contacts ensuring these openings are consistent, smooth, and inspiring.
Working ahead of the markets, you help prepare activation materials that not only support business growth, but also strengthen the sense of community around our brand. In this role you combine creativity and operational excellence by bringing fresh ideas that elevate the in-store experience, while ensuring everything you deliver has real business impact.
