About the role:

We’re looking for a talented, fresh-thinking Brand Designer to join our Creative team. This role is ideal for someone with strong visual taste, attention to detail, and the confidence to challenge mediocrity. You’ll work closely with the Creative Director and collaborate cross-functionally to help build, evolve, and deliver the Clutch brand across all touchpoints.

This is an on-site role based in Toronto.

What you’ll do: 

  • Design digital assets including web pages, social media campaigns, emails, presentations, documents, and product UI elements
  • Create concept visuals, storyboards, and creative pitch materials
  • Design across multiple formats including digital, print, web, and photography
  • Contribute to brand development and ensure visual consistency across all customer touchpoints
  • Present creative work clearly and confidently to internal stakeholders
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining a high level of attention to detail
  • Explore and apply AI tools to improve efficiency and push creative boundaries
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support marketing, product, and brand initiatives
  • Help expand and evolve the Clutch brand with consistency, craft, and creativity

What we’re looking for: 

  • Experience: 3–5 years in a design role (agency or in-house)
  • Portfolio: Strong portfolio demonstrating a range of digital and print work
  • Tools: Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite and Figma
  • Design fundamentals: Solid understanding of typography, layout, and branding principles
  • Digital experience: Experience designing for digital platforms, including responsive design
  • Environment: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment and meet deadlines
  • Technical skills: Experience with 3D design tools such as Cinema 4D or Blender
  • Work style: Comfortable with in-person collaboration and giving/receiving direct feedback
