What You’ll Be Doing:

In this role, you’ll take the lead in shaping and delivering marketing strategies for Fosroc’s Flooring & Coatings portfolio, driving growth and strengthening brand presence across the market. Working closely with cross-functional teams including commercial, product, and R&D, you’ll bring new products to market and ensure alignment with business priorities. You’ll own the go-to-market strategy for product launches, build targeted engagement programs for engineers, specifiers and contractors, and continuously identify opportunities for innovation to support long-term portfolio growth.

What We’re Looking for:

  • Tertiary qualification in Marketing, Business, or a related field preferred.
  • Demonstrated experience in B2B brand or portfolio management, ideally within the construction or building industry.
  • Proven ability to manage complex projects and lead cross-functional collaboration.
  • Strong commercial acumen with a focus on driving profitable outcomes.
  • Skilled in insight generation, brand planning, positioning, and execution.
