You will

• Own the SkyBus brand across all customer touchpoints

• Lead the development and execution of integrated marketing, digital, social, OOH and ATL activity

• Drive awareness, engagement and conversion through smart, data-led marketing

• Manage creative, media and digital agency partners with confidence

• Develop content schedules, optimise social channels and elevate our digital presence

• Review, brief and refine website and eCommerce enhancements

• Support kerbside, signage, wayfinding and activation activity

• Build and run market research programs to elevate customer insight

• Work closely with the SkyBus leadership, Commercial, Finance and CX teams to deliver measurable outcomes

What you bring

• High energy, initiative and strong commercial instincts

• A self-starter mindset with the confidence to work independently

• 5+ years in brand management (or 3+ for rising talent with exceptional drive)

• Experience in FMCG, retail or eCommerce-driven environments, the industry experience isn't as important

• Strong digital capability and hands-on experience executing multichannel campaigns

• Ability to juggle competing priorities and deliver in a dynamic environment

• Excellent communication skills and sharp creative judgement
