Brand Partnerships Manager, Switzerland, on-site in Zürich, is a full-time role within TikTok’s enterprise ad sales team focused on forging long-term partnerships with major Swiss brands, educating them about TikTok’s commercial opportunities and helping scale their businesses with high-impact advertising products. You will build and maintain C-level relationships, act as a trusted sales consultant to coordinate internal and external stakeholders, and develop joint business plans tied to clients’ objectives and KPIs. You’ll collaborate cross-functionally to improve products and go-to-market execution, shape TikTok’s external narrative, and analyze campaign performance to optimize solutions. The TikTok enterprise ad sales team works with some of the largest organizations in Switzerland. Our Brand Partnership Managers are responsible for building long term partnerships with brands in Switzerland, to educate and inform them about commercial opportunities within TikTok and help scaling businesses to new heights. Responsibilities
- Build client relationships with major Swiss brands, increase product adoption and develop scaled solutions for business growth
- Act as a sales consultant and manage a complex set of internal and external stakeholders to drive incremental revenue
- Develop and maintain C-level relationships, serve as the primary point of contact with customers' marketing teams
- Initiate joint business plans to maintain long term growth by understanding clients' business objectives, KPIs and challenges
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure improvement for product, processes and go-to market implementation
- Be instrumental in the external narrative of TikTok in the market
- Analyze campaign performance to constantly give feedback on optimized media solutions
