Massive Reach seeks a Brand Product Solutions and Operations Specialist to own pricing strategy for brand advertising in METAP from Dubai. You’ll bridge Product and Sales to translate strategies into momentum, drive pricing optimization, and research traffic allocation and pricing models for Meta and Google YouTube. Build monitoring frameworks, automate pricing rules and cross market governance, and improve ad creative quality with AI tools to productize these capabilities. You’ll collaborate with Product, Engineering, Sales and Regional Ops to deploy across markets. Responsibility:
- Own the strategy and operations of brand advertising pricing and competitiveness — drive continuous pricing optimization based on competitive landscape, client segmentation, and product value to strengthen brand advertising market competitiveness
- Conduct systematic competitive research on traffic allocation mechanisms, pricing models, and product competitiveness across competing platforms (Meta, Google/YouTube, etc.)
- Deliver actionable competitive strategy recommendations to support product and sales decision-making
- Develop deep understanding of brand advertising traffic mechanisms; co-build traffic-side capability optimization plans with Product teams to improve traffic efficiency and commercial yield
- Build and maintain core monitoring frameworks for brand advertising pricing and traffic; conduct anomaly diagnosis and data-driven strategy adjustments; drive standardization and automation of pricing rules, approval processes, and cross-market price governance;
- Improving advertiser brand ad creative quality and campaign performance, deeply understand AI creative tool capabilities and drive AI creative productization and client adoption in brand advertising scenarios;
- Build brand advertising creative methodologies and best practices; leverage AI creative capabilities to help advertisers improve asset quality and production efficiency; collaborate with Product and Engineering teams on requirement definition and GTM strategy;
- Drive cross-functional collaboration (Product, Engineering, Sales, Regional Operations) to ensure smooth deployment of product strategies across markets.
