Are you a detail-oriented Administrator with a knack for ensuring standards are met from start to finish? We’re looking for a proactive individual to join our team and support our residential construction projects, overseeing supplier and contractor compliance while facilitating smooth project transitions to obtain occupancy certificates.
In this role you will play a critical part in providing essential administrative support across construction operations, ensuring subcontractor compliance, WHS documentation, and pre-construction activities to ensure that sites are delivered to market safely and compliantly. You will also coordinate warranty and maintenance processes, support site and WHS teams, and maintain high standards of documentation, data accuracy, and quality assurance throughout the build lifecycle.
