Be the Friendly Face of Our Bundall Office

We’re looking for a professional, personable, and well‑organised Receptionist to join our Bundall team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being the first point of contact, thrives in a customer‑focused environment, and takes pride in contributing to the smooth day‑to‑day running of the office.

This position offers flexibility around working hours, with part‑time or full‑time arrangements considered.

What Your Day Will Look Like

  • Answering a high volume of incoming calls in a professional and personable manner
  • Greeting clients and delivering a polished reception experience
  • Booking appointments and assisting with appointment preparation
  • Maintaining clean, tidy, and client‑ready reception and kitchen areas
  • Managing daily incoming and outgoing mail
  • Making weekly debtor calls and supporting client collections
  • Ordering and restocking office supplies
  • Coordinating office repairs and maintenance as required
  • Providing ad hoc administrative support including scanning, client correspondence, and general office tasks

About You

  • Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service‑based role
  • Confident, professional communicator with a clear and friendly phone manner
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail
  • Comfortable managing competing priorities in a busy office setting
  • Reliable, proactive, and willing to support the wider administration team
