Job Summary
Starting Pay: $17.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday - Friday; 7:00 A.M.-5:00 P.M. occasional overtime and weekend work.

A Laborer working with our Bulk department is responsible for performing a variety of manual and equipment-assisted tasks to support terminal, vessel, and warehouse operations. Including but not limited to, loading, unloading, material handling, and basic maintenance. Ensures all work is completed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with company procedures and safety standards.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
• Supports daily terminal, vessel, and warehouse operations
• Communicates with superintendents, foremen, and management to determine staffing needs and prioritize workflow
• Operate and maintain equipment for safe transfer of materials between silos, railcars, barges, and vessels
• Supports communication between drivers, warehouse teams, and management using radio and digital systems
• Adheres to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), PPE policies, and all safety and environmental regulations
• Perform maintenance, inspections, and additional operational duties as assigned to support terminal and vessel efficiency
