What You’ll Be Doing

Practice Leadership

  • Lead, mentor, and grow a team of Business Analysts.
  • Develop a practice strategy aligned to organisational goals.
  • Establish and maintain BA standards, frameworks, and best practices.
  • Drive continuous improvement and capability uplift across the team.

Project & Delivery Excellence

  • Oversee BA delivery across key programmes and transformation initiatives.
  • Ensure high‑quality outputs, consistent methodologies, and timely delivery.
  • Facilitate workshops, requirements sessions, and collaborative solution design.
  • Analyse complex business problems and translate them into actionable insights.

Stakeholder Engagement & Collaboration

  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders across the organisation.
  • Partner with other practice leads and senior leaders for integrated, aligned delivery.
  • Influence, communicate, and guide decision-making through clear BA insights.
  • Support change management and organisational readiness.

Operational Performance

  • Monitor practice performance, productivity, quality, and capability metrics.
  • Prepare regular reporting and champion knowledge management initiatives.
  • Drive adoption of BA tools and modern methodologies (JIRA, Confluence, Visio, etc.).

Qualifications

What You’ll Bring

Essential

  • 5+ years in a senior Business Analyst, Business Process, or Digital Transformation role.
  • Proven experience leading cross‑functional teams and practice uplift.
  • Strong analytical mindset and data-driven approach to decision making.
  • Ability to influence stakeholders at all organisational levels.
  • Experience developing BA standards, governance frameworks, or practice capability.
  • Proficiency with BA tools (JIRA, Confluence, Visio, etc.).
  • Ability to work across multiple projects and manage priorities effectively.
  • Strong communication and facilitation skills.
  • Knowledge of Agile and/or Lean methodologies.

Desirable

  • Tertiary qualification in IT, Business, or a related field.
  • Business analysis certifications (CBAP, IIBA, or equivalent).
  • Experience in large-scale transformation programmes.
  • Demonstrated coaching and mentoring impact.
  • Experience in change management and stakeholder communication strategies.
