DP World is seeking a Business Analyst for Process Optimization to partner with stakeholders, drive automation and AI initiatives, and raise operational efficiency across shipyard operations. You will analyze DDW solutions, design new digital processes, and ensure seamless integration with systems while tracking value through KPIs and dashboards. Key Accountabilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements, identify process improvement opportunities, and drive automation and AI initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and business outcomes.
• Conduct thorough analysis of current DDW solutions, identifying areas of improvement as well as design and developing new solutions aligned with the DDW’s connected shipyard ambition.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, document, and optimize business processes, workflows, and requirements for existing and new digital solutions.
• Ensuring new smart solutions and automation initiatives integrate seamlessly with existing DDW systems, platforms, and digital infrastructure.
• Ensuring new solutions align with Stakeholder requirements and deliver real business value.
• Conduct system testing, identify and resolve any issues or bugs, ensuring highest quality for new digital solutions and existing systems.
• Provide training and user support on digital tools, automation solutions, and best practices to drive effective adoption and process efficiency.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define key performance indicators (KPIs) for production and develop reports and dashboards to monitor performance.
• Participate in project meetings, provide regular status updates, and contribute to the success of Production Optimization project.
• Participating in Internal & External meetings and discussions and ensures action points against the assigned tasks are closed in timely manner.
• Ensure that the issues related to the projects/assignments are resolved in a timely manner.

• Track the benefits and contributions by the specific application and process changes to the entire organization.

   

   

Qualifications/ Experience & Skills:

• Education - Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, or a related field.

• 5+ years relevant experience in a large organization.

• Strong knowledge and experience in Process Optimization, Software Development and Applications of AI.

• Training - Advanced knowledge in various business domains. And Certification in AI platforms is an added advantage.

• Experience in handling IT projects for Manufacturing, Ship Repair, Oil, Gas & Energy Sector, Project based industries.

• Experience in leveraging Gen AI to boost productivity.

• Experience in process optimization and system design.

• Experience in digital transformation and project delivery, including enterprise system implementation, process automation, platform enhancements, and user support.

• Strong background in business process analysis, automation technologies, and digital transformation initiatives, with experience in workflow optimization, AI-driven solutions, and enterprise platforms.

• Evaluate and optimize business processes to improve efficiency, scalability, and standardization by implementing streamlined workflows, digital solutions, and AI-driven automation initiatives to reduce manual effort and enhance operational performance.

• Experience with enterprise digital platforms and business systems in the marine industry, including process analysis, system enhancement, implementation, customization, and integration of automation solutions.

• Proficient in gathering and documenting business requirements, conducting gap analysis, and proposing process improvements.
