Must-haves: 4+ years in HR or HR systems, hands-on ATS CMS Workday Recruiting or similar, solid business analysis methods, and the ability to translate needs into functional specs with a technical affinity for enterprise data. Within the People Tech team, we are hiring for a Business Analyst with a strong focus on Recruitment. This role sits at the heart of our Recruit-to-Hire landscape and plays a key role in improving recruitment processes, systems, and data quality across Rituals.
You will work closely with HR stakeholders, recruiters, and technical teams to translate business needs into clear requirements, support process improvements, and ensure high-quality system solutions that support the full recruitment lifecycle.
Meet the Team
You will join the People Tech team, a close-knit group of around 10 professionals. The team drives impactful HR technology initiatives and works across business and technical domains to continuously improve the employee experience. You’ll be part of a supportive, collaborative environment where ownership, clarity, and impact matter.
Your Focus: Recruitment Domain
In this role, you will focus on end-to-end Recruitment processes, analyzing both master and transactional data, mapping data flows, and identifying process inefficiencies. You will help strengthen our Recruit-to-Hire landscape by improving systems, data quality, and ways of working together with the business.
