Nexans is hiring a Business Analyst & Transformation Leader to join the Power Grid & Connect Europe team in Neuchâtel, on site, full-time. The role spans Sales & Operations process and tools improvement (CRM, Power BI dashboards, S&OP), defining the management system architecture (SAP, MyCRM, PBI) and leading deployment roadmaps across the BU while driving adoption and integrating AI driven initiatives. You’ll also contribute to Commercial Excellence by analyzing orders, margins, hit rates, capacity and pricing tools, and you’ll shape Operations performance through cross functional data diagnostics using Next Level and Fabriq. Key requirements include persistence, strong interpersonal and analytical skills, ability to communicate at all levels, autonomous work style, proficient in MS Office and Power BI, fluent English with additional languages a plus.
