Tide is seeking a highly motivated Business Development Executive for a 12 month fixed term, full time role that blends field and office work across the UK. You will own the full sales cycle from prospecting to onboarding, serve as Tide’s ambassador, and pitch core products including business current accounts, card terminals, funding options and commercial insurance. You’ll build partnerships with local hubs, accountants and SME networks and represent Tide at events to generate high quality leads. The most important traits are a proven B2B field sales record, fintech or payments experience, exceptional communication, and the ability to quickly build trust and a robust pipeline. You are prepared for a dynamic, 12-month fixed-term contract role requiring a 5-day-per-week commitment split between our office and the field, seamlessly balancing active business development with internal team collaboration to share market insights and plan outreach strategies.
