Rootly is hiring a full‑time onsite Business Development Representative in Toronto to drive outbound prospecting, qualify leads, and set meetings for the sales team, collaborating with marketing to target ideal segments in the incident management space. You will research markets, execute cold outreach, build relationships with decision‑makers, convey our value, and maintain accurate CRM records for a smooth handoff. The right candidate has a bachelor’s in business or related field (or equivalent), proven BDR or tech sales experience, exceptional communication and listening skills, and familiarity with CRM tools like Salesforce.
