NRMA is seeking a BI Data Analyst to deliver trusted, actionable insights for the Roadside business, owning end-to-end reporting, dashboards and ad hoc analyses in a governed data environment. The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in BI or analytics, strong SQL across complex datasets, and a proven ability to translate business questions into intuitive visuals with clear definitions, a relentless focus on data quality and governance. You’ll partner with operations, finance and tech stakeholders, apply solid analytical judgment, and manage competing priorities within sprint cycles, while continuing to grow your technical and business capability. This role is onsite at Sydney Olympic Park with a hybrid model (2 days in the office, 3 from home). Working closely with operational, technical, finance and customer teams, this role translates complex data into clear analysis, reporting and dashboards that enable teams to understand performance, identify opportunities and respond to emerging issues.
This role suits an experienced data analyst who is comfortable working with stakeholders, applying sound analytical judgement, and owning reporting and dashboard outcomes end‑to‑end, while continuing to refine their technical and business capability within a collaborative environment.
