Responsibilities

  • Process dealer trades
  • Making jackets for and posting New and Used Car Inventory
  • Reconcile schedules
  • Collect Report of Sales and any approved deals ready for the bank from finance.
  • Issue labels and attach to individual jacket of sold units.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality of confidential personal information of our customers in compliance with the Federal Trade Commission Safeguards Rule, implementing the provisions of the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act as they pertain to automobile dealerships and adhere to all other company rules, policies and procedures as stated in the employee handbook.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in an automotive dealership preferred.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Collaborative mindset and desire for professional development.

Pay: $18.00 - $23.00 / hour
